Capella Flavor Drops HAZELNUT Concentrate 13ml

I purchased these flavor drops looking for a non-sweetened way to add hazelnut flavor to my iced lattes at home without putting flavoring-covered coffee beans through our grinder. I read somewhere that with Capella's 1 drop per ounce was a good place to start, and it was PERFECT. I used 8 drops in my small iced latte, it was AMAZING. I've been adding this flavoring to other foods with success, anything where I want a nutty, chocolatey, or coffee flavor, and it's so incredibly perfect. This is the strongest but most delectable flavor extract I've ever tried. Ever. I also like to try to my flavors straight.... I do not recommend. It doesn't say on the label to do that, so that's on me. But in coffee, in CEREAL, in peanut butter, in cookies, in frosting, SO GOOD! And the fact that I can add maybe 8 drops to a 14oz hot latte is just fantastic. This bottle will LAST. I am here writing this review because I came to look for a third flavor of Capella's to purchase and realized I never reviewed the others I purchased. It's seriously the best flavoring. The only two flavors I do buy pure extracts for are vanilla and almond, but honestly, with the price of vanilla right now, Capella's is giving them a run for their money, and I might just buy a bottle and see where we go. The bottle has a label made of weird paper that feels sticky but isn't.... that's my complaint. That's it. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

I love these drops for flavoring. The Hazelnut is okay, but the Toasted Almond is better. Great for adding a little something different to coffee.

I was buying the hobby land brand and these compared are really bad. A very weird almost chemical taste. And you can’t return them because they’re flammable. Should we be eating flammable things??

The concentrate is okay. I'm surprised it had coloring in it. Why would that be necessary? My desire is that it tastes like hazelnut, not that it has some ridiculous fake caramel coloring in it.

I wanted to conveniently flavor my coffee without unwanted artificial sweeteners and additives. Capella Flavor Drops HAZELNUT Concentrate works perfectly. I just add a few drops along with my cream and sugar for a perfect natural flavored cup of coffee. I get an uplifting feeling every time I open the cap the hazelnut aroma is so strong.

This is exactly what I wanted. A little goes a long way. Two to Three drops in 16oz of coffee is just right. Have been having a hard time finding ground Hazelnut Decaf and this works really well. And it's much better than the hazelnut creamer. Am glad I tried it.
