I highly recommend this product. As I have aged, my skin became very thin and would bruise and rip easily. My dermatologist recommended Dermend cream. My skin no longer easily bruises and tears plus it helped with my dark spots on my hand and chest.

This stuff does seem to work. I am using it at least 2x a day for several weeks now. My bruising is not gone and still happens but clears more quickly. I am also using the dermend fragile skin lotion. My skin tears are way less. As this is expensive, I don't know how long I will be able to use it. I also wish they could combine the ingredients of both products into one cream. If this could be perfected into a prescription strength cream that Medicare would cover there would be a greater benefit for us older folks on a budget. Skin that doesn't tear and bruise should not just be for those that can afford these prices. This the 4 stars.

My dermatologist recommended this. My skin gets very dry and bruises easily because of a medication that I take, and he said using it three times a day would make my skin more resistant to the bruising. It works very well - very soothing, and no scent, which I like.

My husband uses this bruise cream nightly as he takes baby aspirin causing discoloration on his arms & hands. This cream reduces the bruising & pain. It is very effective.

I’m not sure how well this works yet since it’s only been couple of weeks. If I don’t see a difference in two months I’ll probably not order the product again since it is very pricey!

Excellent cream. Got rid of my bruises in a few days and made my skin feel soft. Will definitely buy this again.

It's working! For the past 2 years, I've been getting ecchymosis on my arms. I'm not THAT old, but I've spent my life being rather lax about sunscreen on my arms. They're horrible looking, and make me feel really old. I sought a solution and read about this on the NIH website, so thought I'd try it. It's working! In the second day, I noticed that one spot I had, which had been solid for several weeks, had a large patch of skin color in it! That fast! The blotches on my other arm have been lightening consistently. I've been using it about 9 days now, and there's a significant difference - FAR faster than my usual healing without this stuff! It's got a lovely rich quality, and definitely moisturizes. I really don't feel that it's softening my skin, but that's not something I really needed at this time. I haven't checked for a scent, but I've certainly not noticed one (and I would have, if it bothered me). It soaks into the skin nicely, so there's no mess on my clothing. And, it doesn't take much to work. I was concerned with the price, but since I only need a dab to spread over my forearms, it should last a while. I'm including photos from December 30th to January 7th. Not sure if you can see how faded they are, between the 2, but it's really visible in real life. If you're on the fence on this, I highly recommend giving it a try.
