Will buy more
Not hard to open at all. These are amazing. Flavor is awesome, very clean. Awesome way to pack in a protein snack for fitness folks. Some of these same reviews who dont know how to peel open a simple package of jerky shouldn't be allowed to vote.

I enjoyed these
Saw these advertised quite a lot and wanted to give them a try. Quite impressed by the quality. Not too spicy, not too bland. Not too dry or greasy. I really enjoy these.

Great Beef Sticks
I was skeptical about the taste, however, I was pleasantly surprised at how good these beef sticks taste. The only thing I would recommend is placing a small ice pack in the package when delivering on a hot day and package is left at the door. Other than that observationWould definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

Paleo Valley Variety 50-pack For The Win!
My shipment came to me just a couple of days ago and I have eaten1 beef stick out of each of the 10 flavors, so a total of five beef sticks. I picked PaleoValley Beef Sticks because I just wanted the food as a snack. On the nutrition facts I honestly don't know what keto or Paleo is but on the nutrition facts I think the keto was 80 cal and a Paleo was 90 cal per 1 ounce meat stick. I picked the variety pack of 50 meat sticks with a five different flavors: Original, Teriyaki, Jalapeño, Garlic Summer Sausage , and Summer Sausage. I have eaten only one each out of the five different flavors out of the pack of 50 beef sticks. I wish the flavors had been more prominent. The Jalapeño flavor wasn't scary at all, meaning, it wasn't hot at all but just barely spicy more than anything. But they all actually tasted good. I just wish they were more flavorful and that is why I gave it a four out of five stars. The 50-pack cost $107.95 for the "Subscribe & Save" and $119.95 for the "One-time purchase" and I went with the One-time purchase, $2.99 for shipping, -$2.99 for free shipping, plus tax of character $2.70 which totaled to $122.65. And I got it the day after next, during this week. Finally, would I purchase this again? Well, I'm glad I got the variety pack but my favorite out of the five flavors would have to be the Jalapeño Beef Sticks.

Really good
Really good, have tried other beef sticks but these are my favorites. Variety of flavors, love the garlic flavored ones.

Keep those scissors handy!
The beef stick taste, texture etc, all that was pretty good. The 3 stars ranking was due to the packaging of the individual sticks. Maybe I just got a weirdly packaged set of sticks? as in totally sealed with no peel point. Each tube -except one - was sealed tight at the top where it’s marked “peel here” , with no place to peel the packaging open and no separation of the tip to easily open the tube Once I cut a notch in them they tear open ok. But one big element for me is ease of access when I’m active or on the move. Ostrim and Chomps have never been this hard or time consuming to open. I’ve ordered Ostrim ostrich and beef mix sticks for years. Started ordering Chomps brand about a year ago when Ostrim original “plain” flavor was hard to find. For the foreseeable future I’m going with Chomps. Again Paleo beef product is okay but the ease of access to actually get to the beef stick open so you can eat it is an issue; especially for what is sold as a quick protein snack. I may give Paleo another try in a few months and see if the packaging issue was a random one-off that I was the random unlucky buyer of.

Good, but too chewy for me
After being buried with ads for this product on YouTube, I decided to try the jalapeño sticks and compare them to Barham’s Ozark Beef (5+ star in my opinion). Part of the beef stick experience is that nice pop and crunch on every new bite off the stick. Both sticks have that, but the paleovalley stick’s casing stubbornly refuse to melt in my mouth. Maybe some people want to have a chewy casing, I don’t … so that reduces the appeal of the Paleovalley sticks for me. I’m “sticking” with Ozark’s Beef Snob sticks.
