Q: What kind of floor does it have ?

Hello Carolyn M. Duncan, The floor panels are made of black polypropylene resin and honeycomb on the underneath side.

Q: is it hard to put together

No, not really. basic instructions. you should have a battery type screw driver- preferably with an adjustable clutch as you are driving many screws into plastic. The surface must be completely flat. Another person is a must to help you out while building it. the complete unit in the box is quite heavy but as you take the pieces out it is very manageable.

Q: Do you trust it will survive heavy winds?

We just had strong winds of about 30+ MPH last night and mine did not move at all. It does have two heavy & loaded shelves and a wooden floor base to help, so I'm not sure if it would if your shed was empty.

Q: Do these resin sheds sweat on the inside?

Mine has not, temperate, northern California location. There are air vents on the building - they do seem to work well. Ours was not overstuffed and this may have helped also.
