great unsweetened product
I have always loved Bob's Red Mill products. These packages of unsweetened coconut are a great price & a great quality product - besides being unsweetened, they also are unsulfured which makes for a more healthy product. I add this to my yogurt every day. Only thing to note is that they are chipped pieces, so I just put them through my food processor to make the chips finer. Very tasty!!

A bit pricy, but Bob's Red Mill is a superior brand and this coconut is unsweetened and delicious!

The Best Coconut!
I love this coconut. It is unsweetened and I can add or not add sugar to it. I have friends lining up for my coconut cakes made with this coconut.

Great for healthy baking
I'm trying to bake healthier treats. This is great for that. I make dark chocolate goodies with this coconut and peanut butter and oats. It's so good I love this coconut
