Great for post Surgery
These work great for mild incontinence following RP surgery. Not bulky, will not look padded under pants. Five stars

THESE WORK FINE
I tested these myself, only before I tucked one away to my parts. They'll absorb just over 1/8 of a cup of water over a period of 30 minutes without feeling heavy or wet. Hopefully after that period of time, one would find a restroom to 'void'. They lay flat and are really non-obtrusive under clothing. I'm an older man, ... not elderly in my opinion at 65, but when I'm going out, ... I like to have a little support just in case, something way smaller than "Depends" full article as when I need to go, ... I NEED TO GO! These meets my needs. I do have a few things to state on this item and their use however.FIRST: Make sure they're placed high enough under the waistband if one wears low fitting undergarments. The adhesive secures very well.SECOND: The sensation of 'peeing' will make them warm to the feel, but rest assured there is no leaking. Better the pad than ones pants.THIRD: Make sure the adhesive tape is facing the correct way, DOWN! It becomes a surprise after getting these pads in place, dressing, then finding the pad needs to be removed and re-positioned. OUCH!

Some small problems but overall not bad
Basically, these pads function fairly well; but there are a couple of drawbacks. First, the edges are made of a flimsy material that has a tendency to fold back on itself. This results in not completely covering the underwear between the leg holes. No matter how careful I am, I can't prevent the edges from folding and leaving some material uncovered. Therefore, urine can stain the parts of the underwear that are thus uncovered. While almost all of the leaking urine will be absorbed by the pads, it's very annoying that because of this design flaw you will still get a little bit on the underwear. The second fault is apparently intended to be a feature since it's obviously an intentional part of the design. There is a protective pocket that holds each pad and this pocket is glued in a couple of places to the strip of thin plastic that covers up the adhesive part of the pad. So the pocket and the pad are actually one piece. You're supposed to remove the plastic material from the pad to expose the adhesive portion so it can stick to the underwear. But due to the pocket material being glued to the plastic covering it is impossible to take out the pad without also exposing the adhesive of the pad. I guess this was to prevent you from forgetting to expose the adhesive before putting it in the underwear. I think it's an indication of how needless this "feature" is when you realize that women's panty liners do not have a similar feature that automatically removes the plastic cover from the panty liner to expose the adhesive. I guess men aren't smart enough to figure this out.So now you must be careful to throw away the pocket while still holding the sticky pad, or else try to carefully put down the pad without having it stick to something. That is stupid. I would like to be able to throw away the pocket while not exposing the pad's adhesive until I am ready to install it. Now it's certainly not impossible to work this out, but it's an unnecessary nuisance and it just makes no sense that they went out of their way to glue the pocket to the cover piece. In spite of these annoyances I will likely continue to get these pads since they otherwise suit my needs and will comfortably absorb almost all of any liquid that I leak.

Got to get it in the right area
I like the purpose , I needed them after a surgery in that area , however after washing my underwear there was little bits of adhesive residue in underwear, not good for the fellas. 😋
