: Nomilicous. One can is good for three meals, provided you're not protein-loading for muscle or simply overeating. It's a good brand. I've been ordering it regularly for a few years.

This is very versatile- I drain off the water to share with my cat, and use the chicken in many ways- cooked in a cream sauce with peas & carrots to serve over pasta is one of my favorites.On lazy days I just stir up the drained chicken with a bit of mayo and have it on crackers while surfing the internet.

Has helped me cut carbs n now my sugar is low usually love it with bbq sauce great sandwich price has increased a lil to much but still good

Considering the mixed reviews on this product, I was reluctant to order it.However, I really wanted to find a brand of mixed white and dark meat asI find chicken breast to be overly dry and less flavorful. I tried Kirdland'scanned chicken breast and while it is a terrific value--lots of goodquality breast meat and very little water--it is just too dry for my liking.Well, I am very happy I tried Valley Fresh brand. Yes, as reported it does havea lot of broth in it, but the meat is tender, moist and flavorful. Since one ofthe main ways I intend to use this is in soups, the extra broth is okay with me.It is a fair trade off for the tastiness of the meat. And it is NOT greasy.The first thing I did with it was to sift out some meat (leaving the broth for later)mashed it up with a spoon, added a little salt, garlic powder and pepper, and nukedit for about 15 seconds. Then I used it to make a simple sandwich of bread, MiracleWhip and the meat. It was wonderful. It should be even better when I try it thenext time with additional ingredients I use to make chicken salad.As for the ingredients, it has NO preservatives except the sea salt, and the fewadded ingredients--rice starch, vegetable starch, chicken flavor (salt, chickenbroth, natural flavors) and flavoring--constitute 2% or less (by weight) of thetotal product (per the label on the can). The flavoring could simply be someonion or garlic or parsley or another non-artificial ingredient. Whatever itis, the end product Is much to my liking.I am writing this review because I just finished my sandwich and signedright on to Amazon to order several cases of this chicken to keep on hand.I would have given it five stars if it had just a little less broth and moremeat. But for the taste, tenderness and moistness of the meat--it gets five stars.

This is a great item to have on hand for any of your chicken dishes that you want to create. I received a box of 12 individual packages of this. I love the taste. There is some liquid in the package so I just drain it and use as desired. There was no delay in shipment and came on time. I have used this in making Chicken Noodle Casserole, in Quesidilas and for making a Gluten Free white pizza. Have not been disappointed at all. This is a second purchase for me as I like to have it readily available. The chicken is in good sized chunks and has great taste. It can easily be broken apart if you wanted to or left as it it. I left all the packages in the box on my kitchen bar for easy to grab and use by using the punch off marks on the box so it holds them nicely upright. I will purchase this again. With my food allergies I find this to be the only chicken I can eat. It’s the only one that’s white and dark meat that’s natural. I’m very allergic to breast meat and was happy to find their product like this.

I live in Florida and the cans were very hot when delivered. Will not purchase again
