Bought these for wood carving. I wear an XL and ordered an XL. The fit was perfect. They will not, I repeat, will not prevent punctures.

I wear these while working in the garage. I realize that's not their intended purpose, but they work pretty well when I want some protection for my hands but need a little more dexterity than leather gloves can provide. The downside is they are dirt and grime magnets and do not clean up well. Also they're a little on the slick side. But they are reasonably comfortable and provide good protection.

I use them to clean out my rain gutters. Cleaning rain gutters with bare hands result in cuts from sharp metal screw points and sharp aluminum edges. Using these gloves to clean my rain gutters has eliminated the danger of cuts to my hands. They worked very well. No cuts!

they are much more comfortable than the metal chain mail gloves

Nothing to dislike. I haven’t cut myself yet. So far so good.
