Bunn is our always our go to for commercial pourover coffee makers. This is our 3rd one in 35 years. Our last one started to leak water somewhere from the bottom, but we had that for 13 years. Temperature of the coffee is perfect. Make sure you follow the start up directions. Brews fast. Does not come with decanaters, but we kept the ones we had. Not happy about the price, really went up in price since we purchased our last one. This new Bunn machine, has no leaks, coffee is nice and hot, very quick brew time. Love these coffee makers. Please bring the price down.

We bought this for our Church and it works very well. We use it every Sunday to make lots of good coffee. While more expensive than another model we considered, this is the one our hospitality staff volunteer wanted and she was right! Very glad we purchased it!

I bought this as a replacement for our church. Everyone loves it! The low-profile design means anyone can pour the water in without straining to reach. It brews fast, too!

If not used daily, this machine will either develop calcification faster or develop contamination inside the reservoir when left unplugged and water not drained throughly. It works as simple as you pour in the same amount of water for number of coffee cups you need, then the hot water flows down to the filter with ground coffee very fast, only if the machine remains on to keep water hot.

We use this on an akwardly shaped counter for our business. It takes a little amount of space. For the volume of traffic we recieve in the morning it was a great addition. My only complaint is that I camt really tell where the water level in the machine is due to no glass window to view. My first time filling I overflowed it, other than that great value for your money. If you sell your coffee for at least 1.90 a cup and sell 30+ cups a day you'll make your money back in like 10 or 11 days after that, basically profit.

My wife works at a adult foster care house I would listen to her complain about coffee never being made so I bought her this unit to bring to work I just bought as a surprise gift for my wife she was so excited to get it she went in to work made sure she had a place for it so she took it to work after getting it all set up she discovered it doesn't include pots for 500 dollars I feel so bad she couldn't even use her gift until we order pots for it

I know the is quite a investment but you won’t regret it this is my second bunn product the first one I purchased used I used it for 10 years and I bought this new one and sold the older one and it still works

It’s not accurate overheat, and it keeps on smoking
