I bought this supplement as a recommendation from my Nutritionist. So far I have been using it with fresh water and dissolves the spirulina in the water. Even though I have the form to mix it with juice, I rather us it as natural as possible with no sugars. It has helped me with my digestion and my energy levels. This would eventually work after using it for at least 2 weeks every day. I have used it before in capsules, but I find it easy too in powder form.
