Came without the bridge part, and so far i cant get an answer on how to fix the issue. The only option seems to refund the item and then order it again which is ridiculous

I used this on my telecaster, and I'm glad I picked it up. You don't have to be a gearhead to put it on, and if you need help there are plenty of videos on Youtube for that. When you're finished in an hour or so, your guitar will look wicked cool and have that retro whammy sound you can't get anywhere else. Check it out!

Overall, this unit is well made and fits reasonably well. However, the design shims the Bigsbly away from the guitar body, which decreases the string angle behind the saddles as it goes under the Bigsby roller. Net, it doesn't maintain enough string angle for the strings to stay in the saddles on a Tele. That's a problem. I was able to modify the Bigsby to improve the string angle so it works correctly with the Vibramate. I would buy it again but I would also modify the Bigsby again so it works correctly.

The stainless Vibramate Telecaster Mounting Adapter attaches to the rear guitar guitar strap lug and clips into the Telecaster stainless bridge tray (included), very easy to attach to the guitar body. The separately purchased Bigsby vibrato attaches directly to the Vibramate using studs mounted on the Vibramate.

I have no problem with the Vibramate itself. And I will even say that I should have checked the order closely before ordering. That being said...to sell this package without the brass bridge does not make any sense at all!! It's like selling a candle without a wick!!! Unless your guitar has that particular bridge, you end up spending even more than is necessary. In the future, I'll be more discriminating when it comes to buying these products. Thank you...
