I love these lights. The only reason i gave 4 out of 5 stars is due to the fact that I needed four sets of them to light up my space. They do not give off much working light. They give off amazing ambiance light, gold, creamy underground feel light. Makes occupants of my space's skin appear tanner, eyes more sparkly, however teeth appear slightly more yellow, and forget about trying to light up a space ONLY with these and be productive. When I turn these on they create a soothing, relaxing vibe that begs me not to be productive. I live in a studio and my space came with massive classroom-like incredibly bright, ugly, white overhead lights. I use these when I want to get work done, I love turning them off and turning my four sets of daisy chained G40s on. Paired with my Ankuoo NEO wifi smart outlet, I have created an effortless, phone/ipad controlled mood lighting system that is fairly bright (i have 4 of these strings, two sets of parallel daisy chains, de-split into one outlet, plugged into the Ankuoo) and compliments any relaxing activity perfectly. My entire system costs just under $150, and wirelessly gives my large, open studio fantastic ambiance lighting that suits both day-time and especially night time occupancy.

These lights were exactly what our backyard oasis needed! They are the perfect size -- not as big around as I've seen, but certainly bigger than your standard string lights. I was really impressed with how they were packaged. Whoever designed the cardboard package system they are shipped in was really a genius. Each bulb is very securely held in its own cutout so that there's no way the bulbs can bang against each other during shipping. At first I thought it was going to be a pain to remove the bulbs from the packing, but each slot is perforated so they tore apart easily. The instructions tell you to unscrew each bulb before you remove the lights from the packing cardboard, which would have been ridiculous. I think they were just try to be on the safe side. I didn't have any trouble just tearing them free. These lights are nice and bright and look really classy -- not cheap at all, despite the fact that they are very reasonably priced. We ordered 3 strands of them and may order more!

I love love love these lights. I ordered 4 sets and I can't tell you how perfect they are. They're a total length of 25ft, the 7watt warm white bulbs are 12in (1ft) apart. They give off a warm glow and are very festive. I would compare the brightness of each bulb to the equivalent of a night light bulb. If your checking your night light bulb which could most likely be 4watts then you'll understand how much light 7watts would give. Perfect. I used them for a graduation party in my garage and under a tent outside. Everyone wanted to know where I purchased them. They ARE rated for outdoor use which is very important because now I'm going to permanently hang them outside over my back patio. They really set the scene. The quality is amazing! One of the things I really like about these bulbs is that you don't have to place all of them in the sockets. If one, two, three or even eight bulbs go out (or if you don't place as many in the sockets) the rest will still remain lit. They are carefully packaged and well protected. I highly recommend following the directions of removing the bulbs from the cardboard before hanging the strand. You'll be tempted to cut the cardboard and be lazy but you'll be better off if you don't. Just do it the right way, have patience, and save the box with everything inside for safe storage. I contacted customer service for some basic shipping questions. They swiftly responded with everything I needed to know and were extremely friendly. You can't go wrong with purchasing these lights and definitely should order from this seller. Very pleased!!!

The lights are fantastic. They create a very pleasant, warm light. Three strands illuminate our 20x20 backyard perfectly. While I love the product, I'm writing this review because of two issues I encountered: The packaging and the fragility of the bulbs. The lights were packaged in a way that made the process of unpacking them frustrating and time consuming. It appears that the manufacturer assembled the lights after the bases (and filaments) were inserted into a piece of cardboard. This means that you either need to unscrew each bulb from each base to free the entire string of lights or make many small tears in the piece of cardboard. During that unpacking process I ran into my other issue: Two bulbs tapped together gently as I was tearing the cardboard and one shattered. They are very fragile. The manufacturer does not include any extra bulbs, so my string was already one bulb short before I could even hang it. The moral of the story: Once hung, the lights are beautiful, but if you are looking for something quick, easy, and hearty, these may not be the lights for you.

First Off I have to say I was a little unsure about these lights. The lights themselves look great, give off nice warm light, and they can really transform your outdoor patio/wherever you decide to put them. When they first arrived I put them up and loved them, they are so inviting and surprisingly bright. However, the second time I plugged them in, I noticed that one of the bulbs had gone out! I was extremely disappointed. I considered buying replacement bulbs on amazon but had trouble finding them. When it seemed all hope was lost, I checked my mail to find an email from Deneve asking how the product was and if I could leave a review. I told them about the issue and they were extremely nice and helpful. Best part is they offered to send me free replacement bulbs! Customer service is absolutely top notch. A couple of weeks later, I still have the lights, and I still absolutely love them. I'll scratch that one bulb out as a bad apple and with their customer service you can't really go wrong. I would definitely get these again if I needed more to cover more area. Great lights.

These are fantastic and way cheaper than any other comparable outdoor light than I could find anywhere else. I got two strands which to go around the perimeter of our pergola and they give the finishing touch that we were looking for. I've had them up for over a month now and they have withstood severe storms, wind, and rain constantly, and they still work great. They are bright, much brighter than I expected, so take that into consideration for the area you intend to hang them. The only negative things I have to say are that the packaging is so very frustrating. Each bulb is in a cardboard frame type thing.. so you have to cut or tear out each one in order to get the strand loose. It took me several minutes to get two strands out. Couple that problem with the bulbs being very fragile, and you can break them just trying to get the cardboard off - like I did. Fortunately, I got a pack C7 replacement bulbs from Lowe's for a few bucks. Just keep in mind that they are glass and very fragile when you are handling them and hanging them.

I'll try to make this review as short as I can. I ordered 4 of these, and I inspected each box and its contents, all arrived in perfect condition. I set these up at a praise and worship night at my church last weekend and it completely changed the mood, the environment, the togetherness, and certainly helped bring everyone to their moment of peace. It was fairly simple to setup, but it was sort of time consuming because I was by myself and I had to rig up hooks, steel wire, and turnbuckles for tension (1 and a half hour process). Tear-down on the other hand was only 5 minutes. -When hanging these up, I highly recommend you hang them on tensioned galvanized steel wire so you can get the full 25ft. length out of the lights. -I used turnbuckles to give myself about an extra 8 inches on each end of the galvanized cable to add or reduce tension for symmetry purposes (saggy look or straight/linear look). -The box gives very useful recommendations and I followed all of them-- specifically the "removal of bulbs prior to hanging the cable". *On that note, I don't know if I was extremely lucky or not, but I was on a step ladder holding the bulbs about 10 feet off the ground. I should've been more patient with the re-bulbing process but I wasn't. I decided to hold onto 5 bulbs in my left hand, while the right hand does the screwing. As a result of this laziness and lack of patience, I dropped 3 of the bulbs, and they survived, not a crack and not a scratch from a pure concrete floor. Deneve, I applaud you for a quality product, and I highly recommend these specifically to anyone looking to buy these kind of lights.

These lights are pure magic.. I always have seen them in movies or commercials and wanted them to be in my own backyard! They light up any party or outdoor area with such a warm welcoming glow, that gives an occasion the perfect setting. As the bulbs are bigger you do have to be careful and keep them out of the reach of children. Any bulb get's hot when on long enough! I tried these lights in various places, to see if it changed the effect of them in any way. First I tried them out in my bedroom, so for those of us who like to put up christmas lights in our room rather than use the normal light, these are AMAZING! It was the perfect warmth. Bright however because they do pack a punch, but to give your room a glow you might wish for they are nice! Then I hung them up outside in the usual way, and they shined like little stars! I definitely recommend these to anyone who wants a perfect atmosphere to their party. You could also pair these up with some of Deneve's copper wire lights! It makes for a nice pairing. The package everything came in was well sealed and protected. No broken bulbs, and it was nice and clean. I had a little trouble getting them out of the packaging but with a little smarts it was easy enough! I definitely would buy more of these to make for the perfect backyard! There are 25 bulbs, which starts a party.. get more to finish it!
