McCormick Ube Flavor Extract 2 bottles (20ml/bottle)

I love ube. I love being able to make anything ube flavored. these have a great flavor and are really great quality. They are the best quality ube extract that I have tested. The color is incredibly bright so concentration level goes a long way for color and flavor.

This extract smells and tastes great, and just as I expected, will stain absolutely everything it touches. Mine arrived with one of the tops a tiny bit loose despite being well packaged, so there was a tiny leak, but I haven't removed any stars because of that as it seemed completely accidental and both bottles were individually wrapped with plastic on the top so the leak did not spread beyond the label of the one bottle. The color of the extract is gorgeous, SUPER purple! So far, I have only used it in pancakes just to test out how much to use to get a rich purple color, and a few drops is all it took. I am very happy with the quality of the extract so far and will be making ube cookies with it soon!

Great flavor, but definitely stains. Wouldn’t recommend using plastic with it. Use glass. If spilled, clean quickly.

Great product

While I had no issues with my delivery, I took caution when opening the bottle so that I would not spill it. It is DARK purple, and I imagine getting it anywhere but the intended batter would cause an unkind stain! I don't bake Ube flavored goodies often, so thankfully this set of two will last me quite some time. I'm happy with my purchase and, when I am out, I'll return to purchase again.

I ordered the two-bottle set. One bottle was intact and usable, but the other bottle was broken when I opened the order, so I only ended up with one usable bottle. The intact bottle was fine and worked for what I needed, but I’m rating this lower because half of the set could not be used.

This is so good for coffee making. I made Ube sweetened condensed milk with it and used that for a hot latte and it was so good!! Can't wait to try it in an iced latte tomorrow!!

item contains red dye 3 and 40 which are considered toxic. Bottle leaks as well, leaked through package and seal.

Very bad courier and seller, I asked for refund because bottle came in all already covered with ube extract and who knows if there’s any small broken glass in there. It is such a waste of money and it’s not even cheap, they won’t even refund you for the money you paid for it And experienced a bad service that you didn’t even deserve for the price you paid. What a very bad experience. I won’t recommend buying it here.

This McCormick Ube Flavored Extract works perfectly for what I need. I used it to make ube‑flavored tiramisu, and it gives such a nice, rich aroma and color that fits exactly what I’m looking for. A little goes a long way, so these two bottles will last me quite a while. It’s easy to mix into batters, creams, and fillings, and it gives my homemade desserts that wonderful, distinct profile. I’m very happy with this purchase and will keep using it for more recipes.

It was open or the lid was loose that’s why it leaked. Even though it was packed properly make sure to seal the lid properly to prevent leakage.

Taking off a star because it’s quite a bit more expensive compared to other places. But you only need to use a tiny bit and I love it for making my ube ice cream!
