Aveda Dry Remedy Moisturizing Shampoo 8.5 oz & Conditioner 6.7oz Duo SET

So I grabbed it! This is an excellent product that Aveda has discontinued without a replacement, so I bought it when I could.

I start losing hair and decided to try this shampoo. When received was shocked by the smell even from the box. But gave it a chance. Used it 4 times so far and already see that losing hairs less. Of course, smell bothers me but if it's working - then who cares - result - that's what matters.

This is a great product as most Arvada products are, also pricey! My hair comes out just right after using it! Love! Wish it was a little bit Lower price so I could afford to use it all the time! I was every other time to cut the cost with less expect every shampoos!

It does what it says. I didn't know how dry my scalp was until my stylist suggested I try Aveda's Dry Remedy. I'm Amazed at the positive effect on my scalp, including no more flaking skin in the dry winter months.

Wasn’t exceptional for me, therefore the cost didn’t justify the result.

It is good but Aveda’s botanical repair is better

I bought this because my niece and cousin rave about it-- both have curly hair, one tightly coiled and the other wavy. My own hair is somewhere in between. I love what it does for my scalp, but on my hair, it separates my curls in an unflattering way, and by the next day, my curls are almost completely gone and I'm left with very soft, great smelling... frizz. My hair tends to be thin, though I have a lot of it. That may be the difference factor.The Aveda Be Curly line works better on my hair.

I've purchased this product in the past and have had no issues. However, this last time, the shampoo turned yellow and didn't have the same effect as the real product or the previous ones I've recieved. I've never in the 15 years I've been using Avenda had the shampoo turn yellow. So now, I'm not so sure that this 100% Aveda. Smells like it, but didn't feel or look the same. Will go to the Aveda saloon from now on to purchase. 😔
