The best way is to connect with customer service via the Amazon app. It's easier and quicker, and from my experience, you should get a refund. Q: Do these have bungie laces?

Yes they do. But cut them out and buy Kalsi cords laces in York brown and Nutmeg colour from eBay. That works fine. By the way the shoes are great.
