Wilcor - Waterproof Cell Phone Pouch Case - Great for Kayaking, Camping, Fishing - 1 Pack

I used this for my license, money key fob for my car, and house key. I went kayaking for 4 hours and tipped my kayak. I was SO scared I lost it. It has a type of push button on the lanyard to make the lanyard shorter to ensure it stays around your neck. I did not bring my cell phone, so I cannot give details about the touch screen. Definately READ the directions the night BEFORE your outing. You have to test it, so it stays dry inside. VERY IMPRESSED! Thank you!

I bought this to have my cell phone at the ready while kayaking. This is a not bad option, you can use your cell and take pictures while it is safe from water. It has to zip seals which are then rolled over like a dry bag, then snapped. This has seen a lot of water time, so far so good. I have an iphone 4, the pouch is a little big for it, I think you could easily put some large phones in it. I like it, am happy with it, would buy again. Would be better if it fit my phone a little better but for the price can't complain to much.

I didn't expect much when I ordered this, but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It does what it says it does and you can use the touch screen on your phone while it's in the case. If you fish or are out the on the water a lot then this would be a must to protect your phone. I have an IPhone and it fit pretty snug in there with the case so if you own one of the larger phones out there it may not be for you.

I have used it to place my IPhone 4s including case with aux battery inside. I recently used it while boating on the Gulf on a rough day with lots of spray. I was able to take pictures and make calls and text with no problem . The secure seal on the pouch and lanyard fully protected my phone on a very wet day on the ocean. I purchased several of the pouches to protect a small camera and small GPS Unit. Very satisfied with the price and durability

I don't really want it totally waterproof so haven't checked that but it works well to carry my phone and take pictures in the snow and not worry when I drop it. The only complaint is that it would be easier to use if pictures could be taken with it hanging around your neck but the way it is constructed the camera eye would be in the wrong place to take pictures due to thicker and more opaque cover in that position.

It gets the job done,(protects my phone from the water). However the pouch is cut at an weird angle. Also the pouch does not allow the phone to take pictures while inside. So does it protect the phone? Yes. However important phone features are sacrificed while the phone is inside the pouch.

I like the assurance of having it waterproof, but it's difficult to remove from the case and doesn't allow for front facing pictures. I used it while out kayaking and wanted to take pictures but it didn't work out too well. Pictures taken from the other side are foggy and blurred. I'll use it for utility purposes only. I have an iPhone 6/6s.

Cool little gadget. Purchased as a gift for family member who loves to fish (and use his smart phone). Because it is clear, you could take a photo without removing your phone from the waterproof pack. Which is kind of obvious, I suppose, but I hadn't thought of it until I received it and saw something about that on the packaging. You certainly can't beat the price. I cannot speak to it's effectiveness. It was given as a gift.
