These contain plastic parts that will break upon tightening. Manufacturer should remove these plastic parts and replace. I used them once & they broke 👎🏼

Excellent! Exactly what I was looking for. As soon as they arrived, I put them in my 1st pair of shoes and within a day, it got to the size I needed.

it's not fit for man 9-10, also, too weak, easy to broke. otherwise, I was going to return 1 item, but, it's not easy to return. so, I had to keep it. anyhow, one of two was broken already. the quality is too bad. thanks. p lee
