How wide is the wheelbase? How wide would space under desk need to be to fit this chair under the desk?

Thanks for your question - the wheelbase is 70cm in diameter. The total width of the chair is 72cm.

Does anyone know how to set the back height? I can move it up.and down and hear a ratchet, but i cant see how to set the height. It just slips down

It is a ratchet mechanism so if you move it up in small increments it will click in. If you go to the top it resets and drops to the bottom. Please email info @officehippo.co.uk if you need more help
