This came packaged okay but I suspect it often doesn't arrive in tact. It was just in a bag. It didn't even have bubble wrap around it. Never the less it arrived undamaged. No nicks, dents or loose product and is cruelty free.Okay. I have sensitive skin and I mean sensitive skin. Somebody else has a break out on their face and mine will do the same within 24 hours out of sympathy. This cleanser blew me away with how gentle it is with my skin. It was strange at first because I have never used a soap that didn't foam up. I didn't realize it was a no-foaming product when I bought it. I seem to be in good company based on other peoples reviews. They should probably mention it in their advert but don't currently do not. It takes some getting used to. It also doesn't have a light feeling to it. It's on the heavier side and a little goes a very long way. It's not greasy but if you have oily skin already..which I do..it feels a bit like it is. My face isn't more oily so there's that but it might be better to steer clear of it if you aready have oily skin. I think it would be marvelous on overly dry skin.As far as cleaning power goes that's not really great either. It takes off makeup but I have to scrub my skin in order for it to come clean. I don't want a lot of scrubbing because that can be damaging to the skin. Setting that aside it is working some kind of magic as my skin has become nearly blemmish free. It looks more evened out and the few dry areas I did have are all gone too (Did I mention the product is oily..lol).Overall, I like the product. I think it's a good price point and its obviously doing something for other people based on the good reviews. I'll continue using it and enjoying the brands benefits.

I’ve tried many, many prestige and drug store brands of face cleansers labeled “gentle” — including Dermalocica, Clinique, The Ordinary, and Cetaphil — that left my face feeling dry and irritated. So far, only this Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Daily Face Cleanser Creamy formula (not foaming!) and the Exuviance Gentle Cream Cleanser worked well for me. While the Exuviance cleanser has an overall nicer feel, this Neutrogena cleanser is much cheaper and works just as well. Highly recommend it! Though heads up: There’s a big difference between Neutrogena‘s foaming vs creamy formula. The foaming formula dried out and irritated my face.

Love this product and my first time trying it. No breakouts, felt so gentle on my very sensitive and allergy prone skin. My skin has been very dry and was searching for something new and this was it.Only issue is the pump didn’t pop up and so it doesn’t work, which makes it annoying to use. Product is still great tho.

I mostly use this for washing my dog's head with. We have to use a harsher dandruff shampoo on him for the rest of his body, but this soap's perfect for his head. I use it as well on my face. No tears or burning and it cleans well. Highly recommended.

This one is highly moisturizing, not good for ppl with oily face. At least I had a response to my post and found someone to gift it to.

This is the best face wash out there. Gentle, but effective. I have super sensitive skin and this is one of the only things that doesn’t make it angry. Superior to other popular brands that are more expensive. Non scented creamy face wash. Recommended it to friends and they love it.

Good for sensitive skin care
