A Great Pilot Tool! 5 Star Rating!
This timer is fantastic! Works perfect for my flying. Has everything listed on the description and is easy to use. Has an easy to read display and is easily changed between functions. This timer deserves a 5 star rating!

Love it!
I love that I can manipulate this by touch, have many preset times and hear it over all the other noises etc.Two issues: 1, the battery cover comes off ALL the time. Electrical tape sorted it.2, there is no off switch, so when I put it in my flight bag, it gets jostled and will run and beep once.Fix the battery cover and add an off switch and it’d be perfect. As it is, I’d still recommend it.

Good Product could use some updates
The timer works well as advertised. As others have said, this thing should keep the current time in it after you set it. Each time you want to use it you have to reset the standard time and Zulu time. Very annoying especially in the cockpit. You should be able to turn it off and still maintain the time previously set. Especially for the price of this.

A great idea with one big flaw
The item arrived in full working order and what I liked about it was that it had a count down reminder for fuel, which would have come in handy. The only issue was the big dial on the front. In the flight bag, items would press against it as it protruded so much, to a point within two weeks the dig dial stopped working which prevented me from setting any times, rendering the stopwatch unusable. I am afraid that although it is a great stopwatch with lots of useful functions, the big dial is its weak point. I would not recommend it.

Aviation timer
I have used Kitchen timers for years, and they do the job...sort of. what sets this timer apart is the visual light up blinking alert. I used to have a wired patch into my headset so I would always hear the beeping, but that was makeshift from another post a few years ago..it worked but this is better and simpler. ..Even IFR, you could miss the start of the beeping if things get busy with lots of headset chatter, especially with the Bose keeping outside noises out. Flying at night generally, I like the backlight feature. I use one of the approach timers for "switch fuel tank" alerts, so the reset will be the original countdown minutes... oh, and good call with the "Tupperware type container" comment for flight bag storage,,, no buttons get pushed,, thanks J. Ard, If you are serious about cockpit management, this is good.

Great Timer
Easy to use. A bit overpriced, though. I'm working on my instrument ticket, and it is easy to use as I'm getting used to a high workload in the cockpit.

Won't keep accurate time
This thing does what it says, except keep accurate time. I hadn't used it in awhile and noticed the time was way off. I set it about 12 hours ago, and in 12 hours is is 2 minutes fast. Four minutes per day. Two hours per month. In a year it will be correct again.

Just buy a standard kitchen timer
The timer is a little complicated to use and the note feature is useless unless you are parked on the ramp and feel like wasting fuel while figuring it out. The actual timer function itself works and the backlight is good at night. As with everyone else's comments this thing definitely needs a way to shut it off for when you stuff it in your bag...it's easily activated and drains the battery.
