Q: Does this come with all the different stripping sizes just not the batteries and charger?

This is the tool only. No accessories, no battery, and no charger.

Q: Will the dies/ bushings from a regular 4 way hand stripper fit in this?

The DCE151B uses DEWALT bushings and is compatible with Greenlee® and Ripley® bushings.

Q: So description says several times this is a “tool only” but if I understand you still have to purchase the cutting bushing still is this correct ?

The DCE151B is for the Cable Stripper only that does not include the Battery and Charger. Quick-release bushings and a reference chart are included to cover the range of cable diameters.

Q: Where can i purchase the wire stripper bushings and case that go to the dewalt dce-151?

You should be able to order the complete set with case and bushings off Amazon, if what you have is what is pictured, it won't come with additional bushings,I ordered the same but returned it for the complete package from Amazon.
