Stick to Regular B6 If you’re looking for morning sickness relief
Tried these out to see if it would help my bad pregnancy nausea. It worked really well at first until it came towards the end of the day I had a rush like if I was going to pass out and then 30 minutes later I had what felt like an anxiety attack. If you don’t have a magnesium deficiency I’d recommend going with a normal bottle of b6 vitamins.

Excellent supplement
Have used for years. Excellent supplement. In my 60’s and feel like I’m in my 30’s! Active and healthy. This is only one part of the equation in my healthy lifestyle, but I do feel it if I miss a few days.
