I purchased pair of Activa fan.after installation of one fan when second box opened ,back side and design on main body was damaged during either in packing or at transportation n delivery.i have posted picture of installed fan where design is perfect.in another pictures broken part and residue of golden design.since installation cost is high in metro city purchasing non recognized item ,my mistake

Good product. Manual was not included. It took us very long to assemble the whole thing. Packaging was good.

Run! Don't buy! Cheap junk! I've purchased more than16 of these and within 2 month 50% of them went bad and are making a lot of sound during use. With in 4 months 90% of them are bad. After a couple months of use I'm ready to throw them all away.

Why send only single canopy? Please, send double canopy. Double canopy in pictures. Bearing sound have in both fans.

The fan has jammed motor.It does not start.Am still waiting for company to repair it.It is shocking that such a defective product is sent to customers, is there no prior testing to see if product is working fine?

Worst quality material... The fan is OK ok type.. But the decorative flaps on wings are terrible... And screws supplied with it are disaster... Time wasted in waiting for product to arrive... Be assured u won't like its wings material
