GN Netcom935-15-503-205 Jabra Pro Landline Telephone Accessory

The headphone itself works great, is comfortable (I use the included over-the-head band) and seems solidly made. The audio quality is excellent, and I can easily walk throughout my house and maintain a clear connection to the base, which is on the 2nd floor. I have my headset connected to Skype (Mac OS X) via USB and to my iPhone via Bluetooth. It's easy to switch between Skype and my iPhone.There are a couple of things to be aware of, though. First, if you want to connect to both your computer and smartphone, you must get the Jabra Pro 935 Dual Connectivity version, Part No 935-15-503-205. Jabra's model numbers, product versions and part numbers are confusing, and if you order a different product it won't connect to both.Also, be aware that Jabra no longer appears to be actively developing their PC Suite software. They have replaced it with a newer application that is Windows-only. I had a bad experience trying to use the Mac version of the Jabra PC Suite software on the latest (El Capitan) OS X release. It was unstable and I would avoid it.If you buy the correct part number, just plug it in and it will work great with both your computer and your smartphone.

Sound quality is great and headpiece is comfortable. Instructions are minimal and don't help with getting this optimally setup on your PC. Range is wildly overstated. I get about 30 feet from the base, not 300.

Can't connect via bluetooth to computer. Have to use USB for computer connection. (Bluetooth drivers not available and generic ones do not work.)
