Constructed with ¼” ply with ABS exterior laminate, the case is available in a variety of colors and with foam or black plush interior treatments. The case’s Ester foam interior padding is pre-cut to shape, forming a perfect layer of protection for your instrument. Additional neck support padding ensures that the neck, headstock and neck joint are not stressed during any impact. An accessory compartment allows ample storage for straps, cables and other guitar accessories. Like all Anvil Cases, the Dreadnought case features steel split rivet construction and heavy-duty hardware, tongue in groove valance and tapered aluminum edging. The case sports a steel reinforced leather grip handle and two heavy-duty recessed twist latches. Manufactured in the U.S.A. with high quality, durable materials, the case is manufactured to meet or exceed Air Transportation Association (A.T.A.) Specification 300, Category 1. The case is designed to secure only standard dreadnought sized acoustic instruments. Jumbo guitars (such as Gibson J-200), 12-strings and parlor-sized (000) instruments will not fit securely in the case.
