These are pet-safe tea candles that recharge quickly. The “flame” is solid, but partially submerged in the candle, and looks more realistic than the ones that stick up higher. I love the remote and the ability to chose slow or fast flicker, or none. I can put them on high shelves and light them with the remote. I also like charging all six at once with the charging cord that comes with it.

I bought these to take camping. I have a small solar panel with a USB output, so the fact that these charge with a USB cable is a plus. They're surprisingly light but at the same time don't feel flimsy. The light is much more pleasant than the harsh white light you get from an LED lantern, and they really do run for at least twenty hours on a single charge, so assuming you use them for three or four hours a night they'd go at least five days between charges. They're nowhere near as bright as an LED lantern though, and are about as bright as a tea candle, so it's not like you could use one as a flashlight. They're more for ambient lighting in the tent. While they come with a remote control you don't have to use it because each "candle" has an on/off switch on the bottom.They are obviously not waterproof, but should work just fine inside a ziplock bag if you want to leave them outside. They don't even get warm to the touch after being on for hours.My only concern is that the plastic might crack or shatter if they're treated roughly.

These were a good price and I love the flicker feature. However, as with all rechargeable things they eventually wear out. I've had mine for almost a year with daily use. One of them no longer works and two have about half the battery life of the others. The multiple port charging cable is convenient but one of the cords stopped charging completely. The price is good enough that I'll buy another set when the time comes. Just keep in mind these aren't meant to last forever and you'll probably be happy with them.

They're for little metal lanterns to hang in my kitchen, charges quickly nice remote not the usual one works for all. They are fairly bright and beautiful. I really like them better than the small tea lights I purchased prior to these and same price for a larger, brighter, rechargeable votive candle and I got 6 of them too. I should have purchased these first...live and learn. I highly recommend them. I'm very happy.

I bought these for the Halloween season because I had a lot of items with tea lights in them but didn't like having to take the time to turn them on every evening to enjoy the ambiance. The timer function worked perfectly for that, and I didn't have any issues with it. The brightness, to me, was what I expected for sitting in the same small room as the tea lights. I also would say that there's no mistaking these for real candles, but, again, that's not what I was expecting. The different color functions are a lot of fun, and the candles themselves had a decent battery life before they needed to be charged again. I've only used them one season but haven't had any problems yet.

New Review: I purchased my second set of these rechargeable votives three months ago and they are already dying off. My first set lasted much longer. I got these because I wanted to reduce the waste I was creating from using tea lights but that is no longer the case. I feel these votives are too expensive compared to how long they last. I just feel I should not have to throw them away after three months. Not a good alternative for me anymore and a huge bummer.Previous Review: On dimmest setting with no flicker, set to 6hr auto off and alternating 3 of the 6 per life of charge, which is about one week, they lasted just over a year.I’m curious if I use all 6 on same settings (as opposed to alternating half) if they will only last 6mo? I hope not.I have bought these twice and so far no complaints.

I got these votives with a purpose in mind. I made paper "candle" covers for my sister and, of course, needed battery operated tea lights. I wish they came with more than one remote. I only needed 3 of them for my project. Now I have 3 left, with no remote. They do look great!

die sind einfach Klasse und so viele Funktionen noch an der Fernbedienung einzustellen, genial, die kauf ich gerne wieder wenn ich noch mehr brauche :-)

Elles sont vraiment pratiques. Indépendantes les unes des autres, elles ont une bonne durée d’allumage.En plus, elles sont rechargeables.

Die Kerzen sehen gut aus und sind fast genauso hell, wie eine richtige Kerze.Timer funktioniert und Fernbedienung auch.Würde sie wieder kaufen.

お盆の時に無き父の写真のまえにおきました。仏壇は実家にあるので、簡易祭壇としてです。小さく柔らかい光源なのでとても良かったです。タイマー、リモコンはしようしていません。
