PMI-ACP Exam Prep: 1000+ PMI-ACP Practice Questions with Detailed Solutions

The book very definitely helped me in preparing for the exam. There are some instances where the questions have been repeated and sometimes quite literally the same 3-4 questions are repeated one after the other (in different words) in the same test but overall this book does help a lot in preparing for the exam. Do take ALL the tests in order to get the best out of this book. Also the explanations for the answer are usually quite extensive though there might be some exceptions but all in all I would give it 5 stars in preparing for the exam.

This seems to still be a relevant book and great for studying. The test has changed, however, and while each test is different, I found this book spends some time on equations, etc. which are good for PMP training, but not useful for PMP-ACP training. The other terminology quizzes and situational questions were great in this study guide. very helpful to have the answers handy at the end as well. This is a review of the Kindle version.

The content is okay with lot of questions being repeated, with minor changes in wording. About 30-40% of the questions are repeated in all the sample tests. Also the answers provided after each test is generic and is repeated in each of the tests. However some of these answers did provide some valuable insight and quick reference material, to some of the non-scrum agile methodologies, that was useful for my certification.

I bought this book a couple of years ago when first preparing for the ACP exam. Life happened and I had to put exam prep on the back burner for a couple of years. I recently was able to pick it back up again, and finding that this book of mock exams is just not that useful for really prepping for the exam. Many questions are literally copied several times in a row. Many of the questions are just super basic to the point that its ridiculous. I swear some of the answers are wrong. Because the answer key and explanation that corresponds to one such question - gave a mixed answer. It gave the letter of one response but the wording of a different response - it said the answer was B, but repeated the wording of option C as the answer! Question 24 in the Mock exam #8. There are other such examples and it makes me not want to continue wasting my time with this book - and its causing me to get discouraged about the upcoming ACP exam. It would be helpful, really helpful if the questions were more like what is expected on the exam.

This book is littered with mistakes that an editor should have fixed - incorrect grammar, answers that are wrong and don't match their explanation, explanations that have no relevance to the question but are just default descriptions of words that are in the question. Also questions are not only repeated, but often repeated 3-4 times in a row on the same test. Also in many cases it is easy to work out the right answer because the wrong answers are so ridiculous - even if you don't really understand the right answer. Surely there is a better book out there?

I just passed the PMI-ACP and this book was an important study tool which contributed to my success. This book is nothing but practice tests...and THAT is part of it's strength. The real strength lies in the answer keys with authoritative citations from the source references upon which the PMI-ACP exam is based. Also, the practice exams alternate between "Mock Exams" which cover all knowledge areas and tools and techniques, and targeted exams which cover specific knowledge areas. The "Mock Exams" get progressively harder until you get to the last three which are extremely difficult, but doable if you've gone methodically through the book and "learned" from where you missed earlier questions. This is reference is invaluable if you really want to become a PMI-ACP.

1. Very detailed explanations. 2. Even though many of the questions are repeated, the actual answers vary a bit to make the test-taker not lose focus. 3. Variety of concepts. 5. Value buy. The bad - spelling mistakes, incorrect phrases...this compilation needs a couple more reviews. Overall - a very good buy indeed.

I believe the book is good in that it provides questions from all the literature PMI asks you to review. It, however, repeats the same questions too many times. It also has some questions that are outright silly. I'd say this is a good starting point to prepare to the PMI-ACP exam, but it should not be the only material you review before taking the exam. You should also read some of the books recommended by PMI or do something else.

Tiene un montón de simulacros reducidos de examen de 1 hora, por lo que facilita el estudio diario y sostenible, al no exigir tiempos de 3 horas para realizar simulacros con la longitud real del examen. Lo veo un imprescindible para ir con cierta seguridad al examen y para aprender la filosofía con la que se confeccionan las preguntas.

Anche se il testo serve per approfondire e consolidare alcuni concetti dell'esame, penso di avere risposto solo ad una domanda ripensando agli esercizi fatti su questo volume, forse un po' troppo ripetitivo e teorico. Da acquistare in assenza di alternative se si scartano soluzioni più costose. Ad ogni modo a me ha portato fortuna

Respondi as 1000 questões a abordagem do livro é conceitual, a prova teve questões práticas, das 120 questões não teve nenhuma que o livro tenha abordado.

Book helped me pass my PMI acp

This Book is really a perfect one to clear concepts of the subject. I have recently cleared the exam and has helped a lot going through the explanations provided.
