Love the Massage Chair Recliner. I can't believe i made the best choice in buying it. A small price for the same function the other expensive one have. Very easy to assemble & easy to use. If you're looking to buying one. This is the one for you.when your done you'll feel better & more money in your pocket

Most of these things are too hard, hurting your back. Juan as my wife calls it is gentle. As in Juan please be gentle.

Pros: The massage is great and the price is the lowest around. Arrived quickly and was easy to put together.Cons: It's extremely heavy and hard to get in the house and even move once assembled. I made the mistake of assembling it in the garage and had a tough time lifting and manuevering it through the doorway and into the house, even with my husband's help. I also put a hole in the sheetrock when accessing the anti-gravity feature, but that was my fault for not having it far enough away from the wall.The compression feature is pretty lame. I don't feel any benefit from having my arms and legs compressed.It would work better if I were a little taller. I'm 5'3" and I have to recline way back and scooch up to get the full benefit of the neck massage. Taller people won't have this problem.The massage chair can't be used as a regular chair when not in massage mode as it's not comfortable at all.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I work long hours on a computer and it really helps work the kinks out. It won't take the place of a real hands-on massage, but it's wonderful to get some relief whenever I need it.

It is bigger that I thought but it is great. It like a Toyota Camry that meets all you need but can't compare with potcsh. It is definitely worth the money you paid. I spent almost the same money to have two message chairs before but this one is the best.

The media could not be loaded. The chair was a little difficult to work, but after about 1 hour, we put it together and was using it. We were careful with the time used and options used so not to over heat the unit. It worked well and gave my fiancee a good relaxing massage. After about 3 weeks the unit just stopped in the recline position. We email the seller many times and waited for the responses. We contacted Amazon and they said we would have to deal with the seller. I emailed them again today and still not response. I believe all the problem is the controller. I now, have asked for a new controller five times and offered to buy it twice. Still no response.

I am not tall enough to experience the chair like my husband and son. My favorite part is the foot and leg massage. The stretch mode make me feel like its going to RIP off my arms. I do wish there was an adjustment for massage strength.

For the lesser cost it's good. It has stalled twice while in use, leaving myself n husband each stuck in a flat back potion. The rollers don't quite hit lower back as it says for me, I am 5 ft 2, for me it's either feet or shoulders, but is ok for hubby, he's 6ft,2. We ordered just black but got one with an NFL team logo on it

Not really happy with it. Not a lot of padding. Bruising my back with rollers. Even my husband got bruised.

For a first chair it was good for the price
