ASURION 3 Year Housewares Protection Plan ($100 - $124.99)

After almost two and a half years, I humidifier stopped working. When I contacted Asurion online regarding the 3 year protection plan, all I had to do was provide the plan number and answer a few basic questions about the humidifier. Within the hour, my claim had been approved, and I received the Amazon e-card in just a few hours so that I could purchase a replacement. This is the second time I have filed a claim with Assurion, and in both instances, the claim was handled quickly and professionally.

Fan arrived on time and was very well packaged. Fan worked well and the light can be bright. Both the fan and light are adjustable. I bought the protection because my last ceiling fan only lasted 8 months.

I was refunded right away because I had to return the product that I purchased with the protection plan.

The claims process is super easy!

In my years of purchasing from Amazon, I have purchased multiple assure on protection on items that I’ve purchased. This is the first time I’ve ever tried to use one and low and behold I’m told after going through all the stupid questions that there’s a manufacturers warranty and please go there which the page doesn’t even exist and the manufacturer doesn’t have a warranty on this product. Perhaps they have a warranty on other products they sell, but this is BS that was not what was advertised. The advertisement said from day one you’re protected from spills and breakage and any number of things it’ll be replaced in the first time I try to use it. I get nowhere. Don’t waste your money.

Worked great until nozzle popped off

I had a dehumidifier stop working in the basement. I bought it in May 2023. I remembered that i had the 3 year protection plan from Asurion. It took me 5 minutes to file the claim, and Asurion immediately processed the claim, and i received an Amazon gift card for the purchase amount before taxes. A great experience! I am happy with and highly recommend Asurion!
