I've been getting lots of very painful cramps in my calves. Sometimes the cramps were strong enough to wake me out of a deep sleep. My wife told me that it's probably because I was low in magnesium. Since taking the magnesium I have not had any cramps since. I would recommend it.

A very tasty curry with the usual Thai spices except hot pepper. This curry is milder by far than any I have eaten in Thai restaurants. I added a little crushed red pepper to my portion to remedy that. I think that most hot sauces would alter the taste in addition to adding heat. Just as described, this is sauce and vegetables. We had some leftover KFC, so we pulled off the crust and pulled the chicken from the bones. It worked very well with this curry. I do wish that it were more creamy and less thin. A few more chunks and slices of vegetables would also be nice. Overall, for a quick, easy, prepared, packaged, microwavable curry, this is quite good. Even though this is a single serving package, our nine year old wanted to share it. She pronounced it delicious.

I didn't know what to expect for the price but was very pleasantly surprised. I had to go back and order myself the other finish and also one of each finish for my daughter. My co-workers all liked it as well and couldn't believe what I paid for it! It's very comfortable. It's so lightweight you forget you are wearing it. It wraps around your finger and can be adjusted to fit any size finger.

I was not sure about ordering this item......but glad I did.Not used as a makeup bag rather a toiletry bag for toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, lotion, etc. and it works perfectly.

I recommend these to everyone! I sleep like a baby if I take one any time during the day. I have had sleep problems for decades and this is the first thing to help. I wake up refreshed

I ordered all of the flavors, but have only tried the green so far. It's so exciting to get the taste of green curry so quickly right in your kitchen. I think the level of spice is just right. I would love if the texture was just a little creamier. I may try adding additional coconut milk next time just to add to the richness. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors!
