Certified Organic, Raw, Vegan Kimchi - High in Probiotics - Vegan/Paleo/Keto Friendly 16oz Glass Jar - Wise Goat Organics

This condiment is an indispensable everyday delight for me! I buy three bottles at a time, and keep a hawk eye out in my refrigerator to make sure I reorder when my second bottle goes empty. It is very tasty and gives me the pungent taste I relish with my salads and late evening (often early morning) snacks. I make myself a half sandwich with a little almond butter, cucumber tzatziki, a few arugula leaves, and last, but not least, just enough organic kimchi to add the little crunchiness and kick I need at that time while I am reading and studying. I do this with the knowledge that it is a very healthy snack that provides the goodness of probiotics and prebiotics for optimum digestive and immune health. (I learned that vegan kimchi contains both probiotics - due to the fermentation process - and prebiotics - thanks to its fiber-rich vegetable ingredients.) I trust the wholesomeness and overall quality of this organic kimchi, because of the thoroughness, thoughtfulness, and friendliness of its small-farm manufacturer, who takes such care to safely package it, and inform me about how to safely open and store it.

The first thing you will notice (unlike other companies that sell products) is this jar is so packed tight that you can barley get your fork in to scoop it out. I eat a lot of fermented veggies and normally purchase from Sprouts but this brand give you your money's worth and then some. It's going to be my new go to purchase in the future. Price may seem high to some but I poured out a bag of another brand and then poured this out of the jar and there was at a minimum 2 times as much for roughly the same price. Just get it - you won't be disappointed.

Have never tried kimchi before, but this is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I eat it straight out of the jar, but I love all of the product ideas recommended on the jar. Product was absolutely mint condition, with a slightly spicy flavor. Definitely comes highly recommended! This Kimchi is so friggin’ good. I’ve tried a few of the krauts from Wise Goat ( Super Greens, Golden, Green Garden) and they’re all very good. But the Kimchi - wow. I ordered 3 jars and I’m so glad because I’m running through my first jar at the speed of light. It’s a bit spicy - PERFECTLY spicy.I didn’t know what to expect (never had any kind of kimchi before) and now im hooked! Great company, fantastic customer service.

This is the most delicious kimchi I've ever tasted--so much flavor! I add it to most of my meals (to quote a commercial, I put this s*** on everything), or eat it as a snack! I have GI issues and inflammation, and learned that kimchi can be a natural (and yummy) healing option (definitely love natural solutions vs pharmaceuticals that cause issues and don't heal anything). Eating cleaner foods is a must for me, and this kimchi is organic (no pesticides), not fermented in plastic, no sugar or vinegar in fermentation, and no ingredients that I have sensitivities to. My greatest thanks to Wise Goat for making such a delicious, healthy, clean kimchi!

The Kimchi was incredibly sour when it arrived. It also didn't have that great of a flavor. I'm ok with sour kimchi, but if it comes too sour then it just gets more and more sour as you eat it. Unfortunately, this was one of the only organic kimchi that I found, so I guess it's better than nothing.
