Have not used the typewriter for years and probably won't use it much, but it's back to life! My family bought this new in '63 and it's handy to have it work again for envelopes and labels - things I don't want to mess with on the computer and buy special printer labels, etc. Had a bit of a flash-back 40-50 years and high school term papers! The ribbon fit perfectly.

Works for my Olivetti Studio 44. Sort of. The ink is good, but the eyelet squeezes through the auto-reverse mechanism or gets stuck, resulting in the spools not advancing properly. Which means I was typing for awhile on the same segment of the ribbon, drying out the ink in that segment (and could have put a hole in the ribbon if I hadn't caught the problem).The original (though dry) ribbon still advances correctly. The eyelet is big enough to trigger the auto-reverse. This FJA ribbon uses an eyelet that is too thin. Could be worked around, but I'd rather have a ribbon that worked correctly.

The ribbon was the correct one for my Olivetti and arrived quickly. Highly recommend this supplier.

It was difficult to thread on my Montgomery Ward electric typewriter, and I paid for help to do it. A white correction would be helpfull--rearely need to use the red, and now considered poor etiquette to use it or all caps.

These fit my Hispano Olivetti Studio 46 (I’m not sure what year my machine is ... 1930s, maybe 1940s.)

Ribbon and spools fit well but so far the ink level is low/weak. I am unlikely to purchase again.
