I bought one of these from this company a few years ago and loved it so much that I recently got a couple for my family members! It is great to stick in the fridge or freezer and then (carefully if it is coming from the freezer) put on your face when you are feeling tired or have a headache/migraine. Mine has also held up well over the past several years that I've had it.

I enjoyed using this mask, it helped with eye aches and headaches but I was still able to keep myself occupied while I wore it. However, not even 2 months upon receiving it, parts of the seam keeping the beads inside began to pull apart. It was annoying but still usable so I managed. After about 4 months, seams on both sides began to appear. Finally, after only 8-9 months, the straps that wrap around the head snapped apart entirely, rendering it ultimately unusable. I'm extremely disappointed. This is an very poorly made product. Save your money and buy from another company. This face mask didn't even last a year, that's quite sad. I'll have to find another company to buy one from, though a part of me wishes I could get my money back for wasting it on this company in the first place. The straps are also not super accessible, they only widen to a certain length so it was always a challenge to pull over my thick braids.

The mask needs more gel beads to fill the mask completely. Once it is placed on the face the beads slide down to one place there for not covering the whole face with cold or hot beads. Great ideal it just needs more gel beads. Disappointed it does not cover your whole face once it is put on.

It was suggested that I try a warm gel mask to help with dry eye discomfort. So far this works great. I only put it in the microwave for 15 seconds as the suggest 20 seconds made it too hot. Quality seems good and the plastic is decent. An inexpensive aid.

This product is great BUT the beads shift around from side to side and then the coverage becomes uneven. This problem could be easily solved by adding a vertical fused seam down the center of the mask between the "eyes" when first manufactured.

I’ve only tried this mask cold—and I made sure to only put it in the fridge, not the freezer. Some other reviewers had the mask break when they put in the freezer. The fridge works just as well. I love the Velcro that lets you fit the mask perfectly to your face, and the eye holes that let you do other things while wearing it. It has definitely reduced the puffiness under my eyes and it’s super comfortable and soothing to wear.

This product is not worth the money and fit is not good.

This product fits well and is just like the photo, but it loses its ‘cool’ after about 5 minutes. Wish it lasted longer to really feel relief.
