Cloth Adhesive Bicycle Rim Tape

Last year I started getting flats on my Marathon Plus on the inside of the tube on my Brompton. No matter how much I tried readjusting blue plastic tape that came with the bike, the flats just kept on coming back. So I got a roll of Newbaum's 10mm tape and that did the trick. Rolling flat free for the past 3 months.Oh, why did I get Newbaum's vs the French stuff? Nothing against French, just I prefer to buy local if available. 'nuff said.

When it arrived I put the new tape on and haven't so much as had a leak. Great product.

The tape seems to be the right size to fit over the spoke holes, but the adhesive is too weak to hold it in place. I put it in yesterday and after 3 flats today every time I replaced the tube the rim strip had moved off the channel of the rim exposing the spoke holes. Maybe a larger size would prevent this, but it seems the adhesive should hold it. The fabric and the length seem good. Just need it to stay put.

Can't beat made in us, and, it works. Used on my rims about 9 months ago and still going strong. Highly recommend if you want to buy from a US company.

Every other listing on Amazon for cloth bike rim tape is a 2 pack and is cheaper. This is more expensive and only has one roll. Don't bother with this.

Eh, got a flat within hours of building my wheel. found the hole right on the edge of the tape. Had to add a layer of black electrical tape on top of this tape to create a smooth channel for the tube.

Ordered this item because it said case of 10. Turned out to be one roll for one wheel. When I confronted the sellers they said it was my fault. Lol. The add specifically stated box of 10. I wouldn't purchase anything from them... Shady..
