Good light-weight booster for narrow chairs.
We purchased this seat to accomodate the narrow chairs used at our breakfast table. We also need a booster that would also allow our kids to fit their legs under the table when they are old enough not to need the tray attachment, as well as, allow us to fit their chair bottom under the table when not in use. We looked at several other booster seats with straps, but most had wide bases that would overlap the sides and/or the front of the chairs (safety concern) and/or were so high that our kids' legs would not fit under the table so they would have to eat off of tray attachements rather than "sit and eat at the table with us."I would highly suggest measuring the width of your chair and the distance from your chair seat to the top of your table: check booster seat measurement specifications to ensure the booster will allow the chair bottom to fit under the table for storage and for your child's legs to fit comfortably under the table when in use.Pros:- The booster seat is not too high and allows us to slide the chair under the table when not in use (you can fold the back down as well).- The safety harness straps are adjustable and accommodate our larger son and smaller daughter with equal comfort.- The anchor straps secure to the chair back and bottom tightly and do not damage the chair wood.- The trays snap in securely and fit snuggly; also are a breeze to clean.- I also like that the chair can accomodate our kids during several stages of size and development (removable trays and side pieces).- While the booster does have a back for comfort, I would not recommend using this on a chair without a back at least the height appropriate to accomodate your child's size.Cons:- It would be nice if the anchor straps had an additional safety clip or piece to ensure it does not slip and stays taught. While I have not had an issue with this, I tied the excess strap in a knot behind the attachment clip for safety, which works fine.-The chair is not padded, but we do not leave our kids in them for long so it is not a deal breaker for us.- The chair is constructed with light weight plastic (to facilitate portability and reduce weight for travel ease), but I feel it could have been built more sturdily with minmal portability issues.Overall:I purchased an addition one for our other child and both seats have served their purpose. I have used them daily with out any structural or safety concerns for the past few weeks, and would recommend them to people looking for (a) an alternative to large high chairs, (b) a booster with harness straps, (c) a booster with a detachable tray, (d) a booster seat that will allow the chair to be slid under the table when not is use, and (e) a booster that fits a narrow bar style chair.

Good chair faux back...
This chair has been ok for our two year old. The removable tray is nice and easy to remove and replace. This allows him to sit at the table with the rest of us or have a tray if he is being especially messy of we are eating and watching a movie in the TV room. The chair does not appear comfortable, as it is all hard plastic, but he has not complained about it yet. I think mostly because he is consumed with eating while sitting in it. The chair’s back comes off really easy and will not support the weight of a child against it. The first time our son leaned back and tried to eat, he almost fell out of the chair if it were not that he was buckled into an adult sized chair to begin with. The back of the chair will give a false sense of security and ability to lean back like a normal chair. Do not fall for it. Remove it completely if you are going to use this chair or your child will try to lean back and fall.Because the chair is all hard plastic, it cleans really easy. The tray does fit in the lower shelf of our dishwasher, although; I do not think it was intended to. The chair is very easy to transport to and from different locations and is very small to place in the back seat of a car or trunk. The seat can be snapped into most any seat that is designed for a dining table. We have three different style dining chairs in our home and it fits all there by easily adjusting the straps which buckle the chair in place. My wife says the chair was a good buy and she would get one again for our next child. Because the back is not a real chair back, I give it four stars; otherwise, it is a five.

Smaller than I thought
I really like this seat and so does my 1 yr old. I love how the table can adjust as your child gets bigger. The straps help to make the seat nice an sturdy when strapped to a chair. My only issue would be that I thought it was a little taller. Pretty soon my child will be to big to sit in it on the floor because it is so close to the ground. I mainly bought for a regular seat and occasional booster but it is perfect as a booster.

Great booster seat!
Bought this for my almost 2yr old grandson when he comes for his weekly visits. It is so versatile, I love it. With two different height settings and removable tray, seat back, and armrests I know this will continue to work for him as he grows. The straps hold it perfectly securely to the chair. I saw reviews complaining that the straps didn't hold tight - not so, they haven't loosened at all. The rubber at the bottom of the seat makes a good connection to the chair without damaging the wooden surface. My kitchen chair does have a curved back so the booster seat back does not touch the chair back. When he is bigger and I decide to take off the backrest and lower the seat to a lower setting I probably will change out the chair with one from the dining room that is straight backed. But because the straps hold the chair in place - even with an exuberant toddler - having the seat back not touch the chair back is a non issue. Love this seat, would highly recommend it for parents and grandparents. It does fold up nicely if you wanted to take it with you to restaurants. And it is a great price!

Kind of cheap and poor design
Kind of cheap and not really sturdy for my 6 month old grandson. It needs to have shoulder straps and not a lot of leg room once you get the rest on. I,put a pad in mine and It was touching the tops of his legs pretty hard so had to take padding out. Doesn't feel really stable to me. I wouldnt, walk away and leave baby in it that's for sure. I'm still questioning returning it and getting something that's safer with shoulder straps. If you just want,it,for a older child for just a booster seat it may be ok.

Not ideal for smaller kids
The seat in general is a great idea. BUT the tray is very hard to snap into place (big problem) along with the backrest it doesn’t seam to click and stay in place. Although this isn’t a big issue for our 2 year old since it’s in place when he sits.

Snack n go- Amazing, don't waste money on those fabric seats
My daughter who is 2+ has a lot of learning difficulties and needed somewhere safe for her other than a high chair. I have bought fabric booster seats and they are rubbish, we have leather chairs as well which makes them even worse on. This however is fantastic. At 2 yrs old and tall , without the tray , but fully boosted she is perfect height for our table and loves being with everyone else. Extremely sturdy, rubberised feet. Portable as well. Wish I'd bought this sooner,

This seat goes everywhere with us!
This seat is fantastic. We keep it folded up in the truck and it works for snacks on road trips, picnics, at Grandma’s, at restaurants... And the handy carrying strap makes it so easy to take along. We love how versatile the seat is with many tray adjustments and different ways to use!The seat back doesn’t always stay locked in the upright position, but that doesn’t seem to bother our little guy.Love love love this seat!

Does the job
I hate it at the beggining because the tray kept falling off. Until my husband realized the sides of it nees to snap on place. Now its very easy to use and cunfy a bit low for my like and the back rest is small does not give enought support.
