This Kalimba has a beautiful sound and I could easily play or listen to it for hours. My only issue is that the D note at the top of mine does not really play properly and sounds more just a piece of metal tapping against the wood rather than an actual note. A small number of the upper notes lose a bit of quality (although the D note I have is useless). Other than that, if the higher notes sounded as good as the other notes, this would be the perfect kalimba.

The courier service was good. Product arrived a few days earlier than expected and well packaged. Product looks and sounds good. End tines work. Though expect it to sound softer than the longer tines. Overall, quite happy with my first purchase from Amazon sg.

Sounds great and we really appreciate the carrying case. Very useful when you have small children in the house. Very well finished and easy to enjoy.

I bought this kalimba because I was intrested in getting into music and didn't want to spend loads of money on something else. For the price it sounds amazing and blew away my expectations. I have only had it for about 2 days now but I have learned a handful of simple songs in that time and the kalimba is super easy to play. Seems durable so far and the wood used looks good quality and does not feel cheap which I thought it would have. Over all I am super happy I bought it and will be using it tons more. One thing I should mention however is that the 2 highest note (the ones on the end) don't have a ring like the other do and the higest note doesn't sound the best since it doesn't resinate like the others. I haven't played anything that uses the highest notes anyways so its not to big of a deal right now but the rest of the notes sound great.
