Perfect!
I have osteoarthritis so I needed a mat with adequate cushion. It's perfect. I use it for yoga, pilates and low impact aerobics. I also use it with my stability ball workouts. As a matter of fact, every time I workout at home, I use this mat. It's awesome!

Soft, cushiony, no weird smell, easy to roll out and roll in. Excellent mat.

Toxic mat.
This mat is horrible the smell is toxic I have tried several things to get rid of the toxic smell and nothing has worked leaving it opened in the air outside has done nothing for it. Wiping it down still nothing it literally makes me sick when using it. My advice is stay away from this mat.I have had it for several months now and really will not be using it any longer because of the toxic smell.
