I bit fiddly to install but good product

So disappointed with this. Was recommended to buy it via a link from the sink we chose, but reallly wish we hadn’t!It took ages to try and get the badly made parts to fit and it leaked several times. We had four plumbers (at least two of them highly rated and recommended) all look at it and we’re baffled by the pieces as they just didn’t fit together. Finally working now, but I have very little confidence in it as it’s leaked three times in a month and wish I’d bought a different version. Definitely buy elsewhere.

Updates the look in the cloakroom

The metal tube out let needs to be cut .The metal it's made of is so soft cutting it has ruined it it's made the tube unusable .Terrible . The supplied blue rubber joint is rubbish and left me with a dilemma of joining it up behind a wall where once I've repaired it I have a worry of water leaking as the join is not solid . Terrible . Waste of money . I now have to spend more money putting right , replacing the tube myself .what is the manufacturer thinking ,!
