The risk with ordering Mollys is that normally these fish are raised in brackish water, the move to a freshwater aquarium is always going to cause stress, these fish also love heavy water, what I did was add half a teaspoon of marine salt to the 29 gallon aquarium (dissolve the salt in a jar of water prior to adding it to your aquarium), this helps add minerals and stabilize the PH of your tank and does not harm the snails or the plants.They arrived safely, all of them alive, I received 8 of them, 3 males 5 females, they took a bit of time to acclimate to the aquarium, however now they seem happy and I am now seeing fry swimming around the floating plants. I have a heavily planted aquarium with a couple of water hyacinths which the fish love and the fry also enjoy.These guys love to pick at the algae covered driftwood and the back wall, overall they get along great with my shrimp and crayfish
