Received the glasses on time however this set had a couple of small defects on them. I emailed the seller directly who sent out a replacement set which were received the same week as the original. Really happy with the glasses, substantial size, lovely box and packaged securely within. Great customer service and perfect gin glasses.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my sister. She loved it and used it that might. Looks great and good contents. Jagger is a bit thin on it but that's the only thing I've to say. Looks way more expensive than it is. Great product.
