Battery said 12 month warranty, was defective in six months. Maxbear doesn't respond to emails. How do i collect on a warrranty for this battery?

I suspect the person watched too much Judge Judy. If you do go on Judge Judy, the TV studio pays the judgment since collecting a judgment has an extreme low chance of success.
