It's a very cheap piece of plastic. I expect it will do 'a job', but its not highly engineered, so whilst I expect the weight values to be close, it may not measure entirely accurate (speculation at the moment). Lets see if it's robust enough to last more than a few uses. But, for the price, what is to complain about compared to other models that are many x the cost

Cheap, plastic and of dubious accuracy. The plastic outer sleeve is distorted, so the sides are concave and rub against the inner measuring shaft. I have no idea how all that added friction affects the reading, as I don't have a reference weight of 50 - 100kg. At best it will be used for indication and I will allow a generous tolerance to whatever valve it tells me. I should have spent an extra £20 and got one of the proper metal ones. 3 stars as it was a tenner .
