customer service was actually helping out good. I had problems with humidity sensor
Unfortunately I had to return it. But tell you what: customer service was actually helping out good. I had problems with humidity sensor, that missed 1 wire (black). So they shipped me new humidity sensor controller free of charge. Warranty of 5 years is also good feature of the product.
