I ordered this personalized wooden piece for my wedding but received a clear acrylic sign instead. I was devastated. I cried and cried but I decided to reach out to the small business for a refund and just accepted that I wouldn’t have a welcome sign for my wedding. The company reached out to me and apologized and said they would send me the correct item, and have it there before my wedding. (Which was less than a week away) I added the floral to this piece and couldn’t have been any happier. Thank you!

I bought this for my mother's wedding and put it on a pallet background with flowers and twinkling lights. Everyone left with a polaroid in front of the sign for keepsakes and a copy went into my mother's wedding album.

I purchased this sign 08/22/2022 for my daughters wedding. When the sign arrived I was more than pleased with the quality. It is exactly as the picture shows. I am surprised at how thick and sturdy the sign is. I would recommend anyone to buy this sign. I don't think you will be sorry at all. i can't wait for my daughter and her fiance' to see it.
