WenolAll Metal Polish, 1000 Ml Can

I've been using Wenol for over 20 years for polishing all kinds of metal, but primarily aluminum wheels. If you've got some custom "raw" aluminum wheels (not clearcoated) that have gone hazy, white, funky, it will make them shine like new with little effort. One small tube of this stuff lasted me forever, now that it's finally run out I bought the big can.

We have used Wenol many times as a cleaner/polisher for silverplate flatware. It works great.

I was trying every king of polish and tumbling media known to man. I saw a youtube video of this stuff and decided to give it a try. With very little effort it takes dull stainless and turns it shiny. I absolutely love this stuff. I knew I wouldn't need a big jar of it so I bought little canning jars and split it up because it does like to separate the juice. Highly recommend it.

I have already said it all. It's the best brass polish made and can't be topped.

This is an excellent product to polish metal and lasts a very long time. My husband bought a small tube of it for $20 years ago during bike week to polish the chrome on his motorcycle. He recently ran out of it so and asked me to see if I could find the same product online. I looked it up on Amazon and found the same product in a bigger container for a great price. It is a pink color paste that smells a little strong but polishes very nicely. It goes on easy and is easy to wipe off. I also use it on my kitchen and bathroom faucets and they come out so shiny. My husband was very happy that I found this size container and that he doesn't have to use it so sparingly now.

As a metal worker by trade, I have used many different products of this type. While most of the other brands tend to be very expensive for the amount of product you receive, wenol is a great value for the money, and in many ways works better than many of the other (and more expensive) brands.

Though Wenol is touted (and works great for) polishing metal, We have used it for years on almost all surfaces with great results.At our workbench, we repair and refurbish musical instruments. I don't think there are two hours in a row when we don't use Wenoil for something.Polishing Silver, unlaquered brass, nickel, and chrome, this stuff works as advertised--and a little goes a long way. Just a touch is good--I always have to remind people helping me that it's not a condiment you slather on like mayo.We use it to clean wind instruments, of course, but also for the metal parts on guitar, banjo, mandolin, and other fretted instruments. (One caution: the "gold" plating on most guitar parts is only a few microns thick, and aggressive buffing with this stuff can easily burn through the plating.)The "hidden" uses for Wenol are my favorite part. It's effective to buff out scratches on pickguards, polish oxidized polyurethane finishes, and put a high gloss on a dulled varnish surface. It's our go-to polish for final finish prep before using guitar polish or cloth buffing. Households and individuals can use the toothpaste-tube size for a long time, and you can find hundreds of situations where it does the trick around the house, garage, or workshop.

for brass bed. works great in conjunction with steel wool and rotary tools for indentations.
