Can this make you gain weight?

It has actually helped me lose weight. I am in peri menopause and I have found it difficult to take off the excess weight that comes with this stage in life. I have definitely noticed a difference when I take these not only with my weight but with my mood as well as an improvement with my hormonal acne. It helps with the excess estrogen. I learned of it through a body building magazine I have been taking it for a few years now I stopped for a bit bc I tried a different brand and I noticed a difference. This brand works for me I cannot say others don’t buy this is the one I have found to actually do what it says. Sorry for the long winded answer I just want to help women going through the same thing I am. I feel like doctors don’t listen or just want to give us medicine for depression. Sooooo, in answer to your question, it is my experience that no this will NOT make you gain weight.
