Basic Cotton Leggings

Q: what is the fabric content?

I returned item. I think site said at least 95% cotton because I would not have bought otherwise. These are NOT the usual HUE leggings. Thin and baggy. Not sure if HUE still makes the good ones. Try PACT if you want cotton that is heavy and form fitting.
