The Princess Twins Of Legendale [DVD]

This was a great movie, I loved it, I am a big kid at heart, for some kids this might be scary for them, but once they get into the movie I think that they would get past that and enjoy the movie. As long as the child is old enough to understand that everything in the movie is make believe and not real, I think that they would enjoy it . I thought that the movie was very entertaining., The movie shows that good overcomes evil. Yes this movie is predictable but most movies like this

My older kids watched this years ago when they were toddlers so one night they remembered it and convinced my husband to buy it for our younger kids. Everyone likes it. It's a cheap movie but sweet and wholesome, as far as I can remember.

I really enjoyed this fairy tale. It has everything a fairy tale should have. The two princesses are torn apart at birth and 1 is raised by her loving father while the other is raised as a slave. It is a well told story with a little different plot twist. I would recommend it for children and adults who are children at heart. Lovely little movie.

Wowza what a film. I for one struggled a lot telling the princesses apart (they're twins) but once I figured out that one of them had a mole on her left cheek it became a lot easier. I definitely related a lot to Dawn's struggle with her father and enjoyed the Biblical references to Adam and Eve. The science of this film was truly intriguing. What would a world without night or day look like? I did a little research into the subject, Ptolemy has some interesting thoughts, I would definitely recommend reading his "Amalgast" before viewing to optimize enjoyment. Truly, this film inspired me to finally find my long lost twin sister I knew nothing about, and boy am I glad I did! We do all sorts of fun twin stuff, kill spiders, glow when we touch, etc. So, if you're looking for a film that that executes the ambition of a huge Hollywood thriller with the intimacy of an European art film, I'd definitely recommend the watch.

The movie itself was very cute and my grand daughter loved it - my problem was the streaming quality, it was awful and looked like a movie made and broadcasted 25 years ago. I have a 16 meg up/89 meg download link so this should not be the case. I have noticed the last few times I have used amazons app via my xbox one it has seemed to be intermittently like this so, I just tried it directly from my laptop and the quality is 1000% better. I will try and stream it via the amazon app on my smart t.v tonight and then again via the xbox one and see if there is a difference there.

Love this movie. I like the story and my daughter is really into it, although there are some moments that are possibly too scary for a young child, my daughter is 5. One other thing that is somewhat annoying is the background music/score volume is louder then the characters' dialogue...so my tv is often louder than normal. Other than that love this movie :-)

The animation is a little odd. Maybe it is a little bratz doll-ish. My 4.5 yr old daughter liked the movie. It kept her attention and she has asked to watch it again. The music in the movie is very good. There is a catchy song I would love to download from itunes or amazon but I cannot find it.

My 6 year old loved this movie it is pretty dark and I thought she would get nightmares but I think that she grew up with movies like this so if your kid is sensitive I don't think this is a good movie for them. I do think that should be an age warning bu overall a great movie!
