Best B12 I’ve ever taken. Tried various ones including under the tongue dissolvables (sublingual). This one is by the far best I’ve tried, I’m 44 and feeling it. So this really helps when I take it in the morning to give me a boost of natural energy

NOW it's a very good company, and anybody that has the MTHFR mutation should take this daily, it can help things like energy and depression. And if you haven't been tested for that mutation you should get tested to see if you have it because about 50% of people do have it and the regular B12 does not work near as good as the methyl B12 since you don't methylate

Great product. Started with deficiency and took 4x a week for 8 weeks, 3x for next 2 weeks. Blood work showed full replenishment to top of reference range after 10 weeks. I bought it several times in the past years, but now it is different. Doesn't has lozenges to dissolve under the tongue, instead is a kind of capsules to swallow and the quantity is less.
