Bought this to see if we could connect up our WII that’s been sitting in a cupboard for the past few years. Worked a treat and now the WII has a new life being used again. Easy to set up.

Allowed me to connect friends aging DVD player that had phono plug outputs (composite video and stereo audio) to her new tv that only had HDMI inputs

Ok let be cut right to the chase, this will allow you to connect your Pal UK gamecube via the analoge port to a Tv with a HDMI port, for quite a cheap price.............and that is it, i will not turn the games into HD, and at best slighlty, ever so slightly, is a slightly sharper pic than the standard scart, but it also seems to add some minor picture interference......so if you only want to be able to plug our pal UK Gamecube into a HDMI port, this will do that for you.....and not much else. So just be aware of that.

I bought this to see if I could get some life out of an old sewer camera plugged into a modern monitor. I plugged it all in and it worked straight away. Can't say fairer than that.

I can use all my retro consoles with this gadget to plug into my hd TV! Highly recommended

Good quality

This is a good item. One thing to note, though, is that it outputs video in NTSC which works great for capturing to a computer. However if you're hoping to connect this up to a PAL television you will run into issues.
